1. About Zantana Enterprises Ltd

Zantana Enterprises Ltd supports the Spy-da Music Group ecosystem through commercial development, sales, marketing, sponsorship, partnership development and the coordination or provision of approved project finance. References to “Zantana”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the business identified as Zantana Enterprises Ltd in the relevant communication or agreement.

The Spy-da Music Group ecosystem includes separate companies, projects and brands. Zantana Enterprises Ltd does not automatically contract on behalf of every SMG company and does not automatically own the intellectual property, liabilities or contractual obligations of another group company. The relevant written agreement will identify the correct contracting party.

2. Website Information

The website provides general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice and does not create a client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment or joint-venture relationship.

We aim to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee that all material is complete, current or error-free. Services, availability, commercial criteria and project priorities may change without notice.

3. No Binding Funding Offer

5. Commercial Engagements

No commercial engagement begins until the parties have agreed the scope, fees, funding terms, ownership, licences, approvals, deliverables, expenses, payment dates, recoupment terms and other relevant matters in writing.

Where services are delivered by another SMG company or third party, that entity may issue its own agreement and terms. In the event of conflict, the signed project-specific agreement takes priority over these website terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Zantana Enterprises Ltd or the relevant rights holder. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Ownership of music, masters, compositions, footage, artwork, software, campaign assets and other project materials will be governed by the relevant written agreement. No transfer or licence of intellectual property is implied merely because discussions take place or funding is considered.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape data at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content or use the website to facilitate fraud or infringement.

9. Liability
